Things to do

• Some sort of progress meter. On some systems generating a new certificate is a very long process, and the machine seems as if it has frozen, which is not the case...
• Allow drag from ftp servers to DropAreas.
• Javadoc of the classes which might be of use elsewhere.
• A real help system.
• Finish the integration with MyProxy.
