HPC++ provides a set of global funnctions to work with remote
contexts. These include functions that a contex uses to create new contexts
on remote machines and also to attach to an already existing context on a
remote machine. HPC++ also provides a mechanism to start a set of contexts
in an SPMD fashion from the command line.
