SgFuncRefExp

Ther is no SgFuncRefExp in the sage manual, but there is a FUNCTION_REF
variant (unlike the VAR_REF variant, which has a class associated with
it SgVarRefExp). How to I create an expression that is of type FUNCTION_REF?
Do I just use 'new SgExression(FUNCTION_REF)', or is there a better way?
