Ahh, actually Dennis hacked a way to "uninclude" an include file.  It
uses a specially names variable for "cut", which you wrap around
the include declaration.  Look in ./pcxxrts/include/pcxx-stdio.h, 
pcxx-*.h, etc for examples on how to use th e syntax.  -pete
