I-Lab project encompasses five institutes of the Fraunhofer Group Information and Communication Technology are developing a so-called Problem Solving Environment, which is based on a Fraunhofer computing grid.
In particular Fraunhofer Resource uses Petrinet-based workflow management of grid jobs described in Grid Application Definition Language (GADL) that is XML based.
