created directory /etc/grid-security/
- with various contents

added files gsigatekeeper and gsiftp to /etc/xinetd.d/

added line "/usr/local/gnu/bin/bash" to /etc/shells
- but then deleted (I changed my sharkestra account to use /bin/bash instead of
  /usr/local/gnu/bin/bash)

added file gris to /etc/init.d/, but currently don't have links to it from the
rc*.d directories.  (Not sure if it is needed or not.)
