Notes

NetCDF was built on chinkapin for the LEAD project. It is required by LDM. It is installed locally on chinkapin, and so is only usable from there.

The following entries were added to the CUSTOMIZE file:

• CPP_NETCDF=-I/l/extreme/local/include
• LD_NETCDF='-L/l/extreme/local/lib -lnetcdf'
• PERL_MANDIR=/usr/local/man
